Saw the great reviews so popped in for a pizza. Don't think it was the best at all. It was average. Lacked flavor and crust needed to be cooked more.
Romeo's is the best! I have lived in Hazlet my whole life and have ordered from them since I was a child! Not only is their pizza, subs, and food by far the greatest, their customer service is impecable. They know me by name and go out of their way to make me feel special. They are our neighborhood pizzeria. I have taught some of their children and they know many people in our community. They are the same guys who have been behind the counter all of these years. They look the same only now they have grayer hair and are joined by their sons. :) I feel I have grown up with them and they make me feel like family. Just the other day I ordered subs from them for my daughter's "off to college" celebration. They arranged them so beautifully on platters for me and even lent me an oil and vinegar set. Above and beyond! Many years ago I asked them why they don't deliver and they replied "We want to see and know our customers and for them to know us"! I think that was a great choice! xoxo
Everything about this place is exactly what you want from an Italian restaurant. Great food, great service and a great staff. Couldn't ask for more.
The best spaghetti and mushroom sauce I have ever had. I order it all the time and it's always the same great taste.
Romeo's Pizza is not only a great place to eat with great food but with exceptional service... I've been going there for years and will continue on for anymore
