Bob Parlin was my sales rep and he couldn't have been more friendly and attentive. I scheduled a meeting to go over a few things with him with regard to the car I had chosen, which needed to be ordered from another center and wouldn't be ready for a few days, but when I got there, he had my new car ready and waiting for me unexpectedly! It was a really thoughtful and nice surprise.Overall, the entire staff was very helpful and friendly. I highly recommended Buhler in Hazlet, NJ. Great job!
DO NOT go to the dealer for sales or service. I was sold a new Jeep that left me stranded 3 times due to engine not starting in the first week. The service department refused to help or care at all. In fact, he openly mocked the situation No call from sales to apologize or remedy. I had to research online myself and tell Jeep to have them fix the issue I researched. Will never use them again.
In my opinion this the best dealership in NJ. Service is very polite and knowledgeable. Service advisor Tim Kinney best guy I have meet in long time. Very, very happy with the service.

He worked with me every step of the way and really made sure that everything was to my exact liking.
