Great local movie theater. Great for all movies. Food choices good too.
They did good with the renovations but the bathrooms really need to be done over. In the men's room some of the doors don't shut or are not on the hinges. They could update the sound system too. Good place to hangout though.
The new reclining seats are very comfortable and the popcorn was seasoned just right. But what I want to give a special thanks for is the great staff. Everyone was very friendly when we visited, but most of all when I realized later that I had lost my phone there (reclining seats and shallow pockets...) they were helpful on the phone, checked for it after the next movie got out, called us back to tell us it was found and held it at the desk for pickup. All done with a smile. Thanks!
The place is clean and updated. The chairs are comfortable. Fairly large selection to choose from at the concessions stand. Highly recommend signing up for their Movie Club, otherwise it can get a little pricey if you go on any day but Tuesday. Five dollars and change all day on Tuesdays. Other days, they do have matinee prices but I think a regular priced movie ticket is usually 13-something. If you have their MC, its 8.99/month and that comes with one free credit/month for a ticket, any additional tickets are also only 8.99, and you get 20% off of concessions. Totally worth it, the credits dont expire so you can let them build up and use them all at once, and you can choose NOT to use them - like if you go on a Tuesday and want to pay $5 instead and use that $8.99 credit for another time.
They remodeled this Cinemark sometime ago and it has been even better since then. All seats are now leather recliners and you watch your movie in complete comfort. The food is standard movie theater fare and they even have a small arcade section to kill some time if you get there early. It is easy to get to and has plenty of parking. I recommend this theater to anyone who wants to watch a movie.
