The bed comfort was above average. Room service available due to attached bar/restaurant. Nice outdoor pool. Small fridge, microwave and k-cup coffee maker in room. Ice cold air conditioning. Several conference rooms available. Restaurant has banquet hall.
Location : very good Layout : odd but not bad. The restaurant attached is actually really good as well. Servers and bartenders were very nice and seemed very caring Room: this is where it started to fail. The room was clean. But the bathroom area has a piece of drywall on the ceiling , on top of damaged drywall that was obviously water leaked and was basically falling down. No care in the world of the look.Checkout: service side. Horrible. Woman didn't ask how the stay was. Wasn't in eyesight of the front desk I had to make enough noise for her to hear me. Then she tells me receipt would be sent to me email, which is fine but when I asked for a physical copy it sounded like it was an issue . Then when I confirmed the credit card number on file to make sure it was the right card , she had an attitude and said if it was the wrong card she already charged it and reversing it is an issue.
Clean and well kept place.Ive been coming here for years but unlike similar establishments the quality doesnt wane. The upstairs vibe is open and cool. The service is unwavering and the food is consistently of a high quality and taste.I would still highly recommend this place after all these years.I have also reserved several rooms upstairs and downstairs over the years and I have never been let down. The food served at these events are of the same quality as that served in the restaurant.
I was only actively there for a short period of time so my review will be limited. Employees were kind, helpful, and friendly. The bar was lively and the bartenders were fast however the prices were a bit high. The rooms were very well set with just about everything needed. Towels were decorative and plentiful. The beds themselves were firm but very comfortable. It was very clean. We over slept and they worked with us getting out a little late and were incredibly kind and understanding. The black out curtains do not fully cover the visibility to the hallway outside so um.. Shut the lights off for extra curricular activities. The walls are also thin we woke up around 4 to the sounds of some people "working out" in the room next to ours. Parking was plentiful although you may be walking a bit as it wraps around the building so if that's an issue you may want to go a little early to grab a spot towards the door. There are vending machines with soda and snacks. Very little was healthy and the prices were high but they were there none the less. I did not take advantage of any other amenities. Overall the stay was very nice, the staff and little extras made it a place I'd easily return to.
The rooms here are very nice and well situated for such a small off the highway hotel experience. I've had no problems ever staying at holiday inns and plan to keep attending them whenever most convenient. There is a restaurant inside the hotel which stays open for quite a while with decent food. There is also a bar for at night if you wish to stay up and drink. While I stayed at the hotel, I noticed the restaurant hosts live events sometimes for entertainment. All in all, it's an adequate hotel for the price. No problems here.
